- Limited Lifetime Warranty – The warranty is given to the original purchaser, is not transferable, and without limitation does not apply to glass breakage, neglect, mishandling, abuse, accident or film product choice. The warranty is given in lieu of any merchantability or fitness for a particular use. All liability for incidental or consequential loss, damage, or expense, directly or indirectly arising from the installation or use of this product, is expressly excluded unless otherwise prohibited by law.
Residential and Commercial
- Residential interior applications come with a manufacturer’s lifetime limited warranty, commercial interior applications come with a 12, 10 or 5-year warranty, and all exterior applications are covered for 5 or 2 years dependent upon the film choice and vertical or horizontal installation. Johnson Window Films flat glass films are warranted to the original purchaser against cracking, peeling, bubbling, delamination, or demetallization when properly maintained on suitable surfaces of glass windows. This warranty is non-transferable.
